Welcome to Liora Wigs & Extensions. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Bespoke Products

• All wigs and extensions are made to order and crafted to your specific requirements.
• As each piece is bespoke, slight variations in colour, length, or density may occur – this is a natural part of working with human hair.

2. Orders & Payments

• Full payment (or approved payment plan via PayPal Credit, if available) is required before production begins.
• Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared.
• By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate.

3. Production & Delivery

• Production times vary depending on your chosen wig/extension style. Estimated timeframes will be provided at the point of order, but may vary slightly during busy periods.
• We ship worldwide using trusted couriers. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
• Once dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the bespoke and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty.
• If faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
• Once lace has been cut or the wig/extension has been worn, altered, or styled, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
• If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or repair. Refunds are at our discretion.

5. Care & Maintenance

• We provide guidance on caring for your wig or extensions.
• Liora Wigs & Extensions cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper care, incorrect installation, or use of unsuitable products/tools.

6. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as each item is made to order.
• In exceptional circumstances, cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase, subject to our discretion.

7. Liability

• While we take the highest care in creating your order, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
• We do not guarantee outcomes if products are altered or installed by third parties.

8. Privacy

• Your personal details will only be used to process your order and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
